At present, we understand better than ever that we live in a world of diversity and disparity, and the concepts addressed in this article are rarely or not at all analyzed within the standard curriculum of university education. The formation of the non-conflictual attitude for the purpose of professional integration depends to a large extent both on the priorities of educational intervention during the vocational training and on the conformity with the norms of the organization by accepting the basic cultural values, but at the same time, this order is not permanently fixed, being subject to certain permanent organizational and social changes. In this paper, we highlight only some of the many possibilities exercised by the university community, considered important in the formation of the non-conflictual attitude for successful professional integration, but without denying the importance of the others, advocating for the introduction in the Curriculum, in the field of initial vocational training in Educational Sciences of a course entitled "Developing the non-conflictual attitude in the educational environment" and of a "Methodological guide for developing the non-conflictual attitude from the perspective of professional integration." |
