In SPE «Biokor-Agro» (v. Grigorovka Obukhov district Kyiv Region Ukraine) developed ecological compact technology of produced high-protein food additives from inedible rejects convertions of fish and poultry. The technological line represent is a set of equipment from 9 compact apparatuses of the original design, have not analogues in the industry preparation of foods. The productivity of 1 apparatus – 0,5 t of dry high-protein food per shift. The annual production of food additives on the enterprise is about 2 ths. tons. The enterprise has provided the job 50 people. The enterprise has developed and organized the production of high-protein food additive «Additive fish high protein» the following composition in % by weight of dry matter: fish rejects – 38 %; hydrolyzed feather raw materials – 28 %; soybean oil meal – 25 %; wheat bran – 9 %.
