The problem of providing staff to creative collectives, art education institutions, creative unions in the MSSR was an acute one during the whole period of Soviet domination. In the second half of the '50s '60s of the XXth century completion with staff was achieved by inviting specialists from the main cultural centers of the USSR, by sending to study in these institutions young people from the republic, but also by training them in several art education institutions in the MSSR: State Conservatory, schools music, art schools, etc. However, the number of specialists of Romanian nationality continues to remain very small. |
