Rezumat | ||||||
The intervention program proposes a conduct of meetings in as far as the personal development of teachers concerns. This program was held between October and December 2019 at the "Prof. Nicolae Caranda" High School, Glogova-Gorj, Romania. Twenty teachers from this school took part in this program in order to develop their own psychosocial competences needed in the context of the hybridization of education according to the new school programs for the gymnasium level, that entered into force in 2017. |
