In the context of expanding interaction between business and the state, the development of methods of public procurement is becoming increasingly important. However, in addition to this type of interaction, there are others, such as concession agreements, which are increasingly being used in Moldova. Often in practice, there are situations when government procurement is hidden behind a concession agreement. In the context of this problem, the article examines the legal and economic components of each type of interaction and determines the basic concepts, similarities and differences. |
