Temperament, character, skills and creativity are the four components that define the human personality. From a psychological point of view, all these have their own characteristics, but they are not found in a pure state in each individual, but are in a continuous interdependence in terms of the types identified, as well as in a permanent transformation, depending on various factors. Awareness of the state of affair, in which the individual finds himself, as well as his environment and its influences upon personality characteristics, can generate an optimisation of the formation and management of the four components, for the benefit of the person. Intervention on them and modelling of the individual aspects should begin early, being optimised in the first form of institutionalised education, kindergarten. |
