The combined use of foliar treatment with the biologically active substance Reglalg and microelements B, Zn, Mn, Mo has a positive effect on the processes of accumulation of biochemical compounds - indicators of the quality of pear fruits and their consumption during storage. It was shown that the use of these substances contributed to the accumulation of solids, total sugars and vitamin C in pear fruits at the time of harvesting, thus improving the quality of the fruits and their potential storage ability. During storage, some slower dynamics of biodegradation and consumption of these compounds in fruits collected from treated trees was noted compared to untreated ones, which indicates an increase in fruit viability. |
