In this article we try to address the problem of the effective relationship between teacher and students, which, in our opinion, contributes to maintaining a positive affective climate in the training process, increasing the motivation for learning. Of course, those listed above are component elements of the training process, determining its efficiency. The student wants to be recognized and appreciated by the teachers, because the informational and relational dimension is intrinsic to the human behavior as a whole. The assimilation of information and participation in the training process is effective when the affective state of the students is positive: calm, pleasant, favorable to cooperation, collaboration, conscious and logical memorization, which arouses curiosity, respectively, motivation for learning. |
