<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>As a set of legal norms that regulate the individualization of the natural person within the legal relations in which he/she takes part, the identification of the natural person is a primordial institution. We will assess the evolution of the institution of patronymic in time in order to reveal un usual aspects of this element of individualization of the subject of law in the Republic of Moldova. In regards to the patronymic of the natural person, it represents an identification feature partially and diversely used, but also inseparable from the subject of law.</p></description>
