The article analyzes the contribution of public administration to strengthening relations with the Moldovan Diaspora. The coordination of the public administration activity in supporting the Moldovan Diaspora, the elaboration of joint action programs, the determination of the ways of interaction of the Moldovan state with the Moldovan communities abroad are investigated. It is examined the activity of the Diaspora Relations Bureau which has been created in the Organizational chart of the State Chancellery, under the direct subordination of the Prime Minister. Moreover, there are investigated the actions of Moldovan Diaspora and public administration authorities in order to find solutions for returning migrants to the country.
