This article discusses the problem of employment in the fashion industry in Russia. The aim of the study is the problems of identifying and including on the official list of professions the activities of “models”, “CRM managers”, “fashion trainers” and “visual merchandisers”, legal regulation and risks of these types of activities. The authors considered model contracts and releases as the main sources of legal regulation of the activity of models, and also considered other types of activities. |
