Cea de a doua formă a uzucapiunii reglementată de codul civil o reprezintă uzucapiunea bunurilor supuse înregistrării în registrele de publicitate – uzucapiunea tabulară. Uzucapiunea supusă înregistrării în registrele de publicitate, potrivit dispozițiilor codului civil, cunoaște două forme - Uzucapiunea dreptului înregistrat în registrul de publicitate și Uzucapiunea dreptului contrar cuprinsului registrului de publicitate. În primul caz, se are în vedere situația când posesorul bunului, poate invoca uzucapiunea pentru a dobândi dreptul real care este înregistrat pe numele său, în temeiul unui titlu, care, nu este capabil să transfere proprietatea și care urmează să fie radiat sau rectificat din registrul de publicitate. În cel de-al doilea caz se are în vedere situația când o terță persoană, care exercită actele de posesiune asupra unui bun, care este înregistrat în registrul de publicitate pe numele altei persoane, poate dobândi dreptul de proprietate asupra lui, dacă posedează bunul în condițiile prevăzute de lege.

The second form of usucaptionregulated by the civil code is the usucaptionof the goods subject to registration in the advertising registers - the tabular usucaption. The usucaptionsubject to registration in the advertising registers, according to the provisions of the civil code, has two forms –usucaptionof the right registered in the advertising register and usucaptionof the right contrary to the contents of the advertising register. In the first case, the situation is considered when the owner of the property can invoke the usucaptionto acquire the real right that is registered in his name, under a title, which is not able to transfer the property and which is to be deleted or rectified from advertising register. In the second case, the situation is considered when a third party, who exercises the acts of possession over a good, which is registered in the advertising register in the name of another person, can acquire the right of ownership over it, if he owns the good in the conditions provided by law.
