Rezumat | ||||||
Human economic rights have had their origins in Antiquity; have transited through the Middle Ages, developed by means of the important contribution of the phenomenon of legality present in the 17th and 18th centuries, so that in the period after World War II they get a complete aspect. The emphasis on the importance and interest in such exceptional values as fundamental human rights, in general, and economic rights, in particular, at the international level was noted in the years following World War II because humanity needed some fundamental values whose observance would guarantee the economic security of the individual and the international security of the states. |
