Rezumat

The national legal regulation regarding the employment of disabled people in Republic of Moldova is analyzed in the paper. The actuality of this research topic proceeds from the bleak reality facing the employment of disabled people in the labour market of the country. The purpose of this paper is to research the current situation of employment of disabled people in the Republic of Moldova based on the analysis of legal regulation and statistical data. In the process of developing this paper the following methods were used: statistical analysis, comparative analysis, legal analysis, synthesis, logical analysis. Some recommendations are given to regulate more effectively the employment of disabled people in the Republic of Moldova.
