Conflict is one of the most widespread phenomena in people’s life and communication. The emergence of conflicts is due exclusively to dysfunctions in the organization’s mechanisms, violation of some principles and rules of scientific management. Successful resolution of conflict situations also requires identification and awareness of the causes of conflicts in order to be able to act in order to use the positive effects positively and to reduce as far as possible the negative consequences. There are multiple ways to resolve conflicts: dominance - solving the conflict in favor of a party that is completely satisfied while the other party is completely unsatisfied; compromises - partial satisfaction of both parties; integration - full satisfaction of both sides and separation of conflicting parties. |
