The legality is based on knowing, respecting and enforcement of law. The presumption of knowledge of legal acts is a state of law requirement and a claiming towards legal behavior of persons. It is important to establish the moment from which the state claims the knowledge of legal acts by the subject. The legislator doesn’t offer a certainty: from the publication of legal act or from a posterior date after publication the legal act enters into force and the presumption of knowledge of law is invoked. |
