The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze how the professional development of civil servants influences the public administration modernization. The objectives for achieving the goal are to identify theoretical and methodological dimensions concerning modernization of public administration and the concept of professional development of civil servants; to consider evolution of theories and doctrines that underlie the professional development of the civil servants; to identify the legal support on the professional; to achieve a image of how to develop professional the civil servants; to argument of the asset contribution of the Academy of Public Administration in the professional development the civil servants. |
