The purpose of our research is to analize the influence of external factors: external assistance provided to Moldova and how this assistance influences our national budget. We analized first-of-all from what resources the budget is formed, that are the countries that gives this help for us and for that areas of the economy. So we concluded that our budget is formed 10% from our own resources and other 90% from external assistance. This external assistance is devided 78% non-reimbursable debts and other 12% are grants. The main areas that are provided with this resources are agriculture, transport, health and electricity. To sum up our country has various economic and financial problems and external assistances are welcome and favorable to the efficiency of the economic system. However, they can also lead to crisis situations of indebtedness, often believing that external help creates as many problems as they can solve. The cause is that money are used for non-productive purposes.
