The political culture is a real barometer of the understanding, knowledge of the political system by society members. The political culture as part of the overall culture of the company, has been and will remain a dependent variable of the overall progress of human communities. It is subject to changes, implicitly development and modernization. In such a historical process it has demonstrated double role, on the one hand favors increasing human freedom and, on the other hand, restricts people’s freedom. |
