It is recognized that corruption is a phenomenon that is worldwide spread and which can interfere with the public administration systems. The corruption is defined as the abuse of power followed by personal advantages. What make the corruption dangerous for the different kind of societies, especially for those who are in process of developing, is the fact that it opens the way for totalitarism and undermines the idea of public administration at a central and local level. It is very important to fight against corruption because it destroy the political and social life. It is nececessary a to prevent and minimize corruption in our country and all over Europe. |
