The Determination of Atarax in Cadaveric Liver The present study was designed to estimate the effectiveness of isolation of atarax from liver. The conditions were developed for the identification of the isolated atarax with the use of high perfomance liquid chromatography, thin layer chromatography, UV- spectrophotometry. Atarax was quantitatively determined by IV- spectrophotometry. The study showed that it is possible to isolate 46% of atarax present in the liver using extraction by acetonitrile acidified with an IN hydrochloric acid solution. |
