Rezumat

Th e author of this publication studied and analyzed the most important works of the representatives of School of Darmstadt for the purpose of exemplifi cation of the new means of the musical language renovation. As a result, was observed, in the case of integral serialism, the return to the serial formula and its application to all sound parameters such: note duration, pitch, sound intensity, timbre. By the analysis of K. Stockhausen’s creation, was noted the formulation of the basic principle of avantgarde music – the infi nite possibility of beauty expressing. Th is way of experimenting with sound universe was continued in the works of P. Boulez and consequently was developed the theory of the work in the making. Th e Italian composer L. Nono has defi ned his work, from the theoretical point of view, as action stage. In his opinion, this notion is the faithful image of his aesthetic vision – continue moving of sound material and awareness of major societal problems.
