The given article approaches the topic of the military civilian relations, from the standpoint of researches specialized in the given area. The author focuses on the history and the occurrence
of the term in the specialized literature. The article refers to authors that have studied the given subject in their works. Also the author expresses his opinion as regarding the reciprocal
dependence of the military and civilian elements of the society, the way they influence each other taking into account certain circumstances ant development stages of the state. |
