Innovation should become the watchword in public policies, governmental management and the private sector as well. The implementation of scientific achievements in practice does not have to limit only to launching of new products, but also to focus upon the efficiency efforts in the organization and ordering of the political life. In this context, innovation should exceed the technological dimension and become a social process.Thus, I would like to stress the timeliness and the importance of introducing into the National Development Strategy 2020 of the principle of technological and social entrepreneur innovation. According to Schumpeterian traditions, the terms of “entrepreneurship” and “innovation” could be considered synonyms.
