In order to face the demands of the future, pupils should think and act creatively, they should be ingenious and should prove to have imagination. One of the main priorities of school is to educate a creative personality, capable to anticipate the future, to discover and to solve the problems together. The development of the creative capacities of pupils is tightly connected with the care to respect the ideas, to give freedom to their initiatives and to implant in their conscious the trust in their own forces and to respect their thoughts. Along with the education of the creativity, such factors as: methods of teaching, relations as teacher – pupils, the attitude of the adult towards pupils and the atmosphere which the teacher creates during the lesson are very important. Success depends on the level of the pupils’ motivation which can be realized through the captivation of the pupils’ interests and through the awakening of their curiosity. One of the ways to capture pupils’ attention is the diversity of the content and of the forms of activity. Everything that it is taught should be dominated by a pleasant variety. |
