Terrorism through its dimensions and forms of manifestation became one of the most terrible catastrophes, more and more active and threatening of the international community. Terrorism means the extensive and systematic use of offensive violence, of crime and destruction, concerning the governmental officials and population in general, as well as public and private property with the aim of determining individuals, groups, communities, economic and administrative authorities to change their behavior and actual strategies in such a way so as to agree with the terrorists’ claim.
