Rezumat | ||||||
The article presents arguments on the development of social values, tolerance and the need for emotional development for optimal social integration. The requirements of social integration include acceptance of differences and the ability to understand and interact with others in a way that enhances personal and professional success. Education has a well-defined social function in creating the individual's social identity, with the aim of socialising and accepting intergenerationally transmitted behavioural role systems and cultural patterns. In the process of acceptance, individuals learn an emotional vocabulary that enables them to name the internal sensations associated with the objects, events and relationships they encounter. |
