The article delves into the concept of efficient learning and the role of emotional discipline in this process. It identifies methods and strategies that maximize learning outcomes, including the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The author highlights three dimensions of learning: cognitive, emotional, and social. The emotional dimension is paramount, influencing the motivation and performance of students. Emotions can either stimulate or inhibit the learning process and can influence students' behavior in an educational context. The importance of emotional intelligence in relation to academic success is emphasized, along with the need to develop emotional regulation skills to cope with challenges and obstacles. The article also examines aspects related to the emotional discipline of primary school students, including recognizing and regulating emotions, effective communication, and conflict resolution. The role of teachers and parents in developing students' emotional competencies is underscored. The importance of emotional discipline in the context of efficient learning is emphasized, highlighting its influence on the process of acquiring and understanding knowledge, as well as on social and stress management skills, thus contributing to the long-term academic and professional success of students. |
