Rezumat

Research shows that well-being is an important inner resource that allows a person to make the most of their potential, work productively, cope with the stress and challenges of life, contribute to the community and create a meaningful life aligned with your own values. Well-being is essential for physical, emotional, mental and social health. The education system must respond to the different and constantly changing needs of learners. Psychosocial programs are an intervention at school level that provides teachers with a simple framework of psychosocial support, which they can use daily to promote recovery of children from traumatic experiences and stress. The application of these programs brings many benefits, not only for students, but also for teachers, school and community. In the school where the well-being of students is promoted, the following perspectives will be obvious: belonging and connection, achievement/success, flexibility, social and emotional skills, will be active, safe, and secure, also included with a strong sense of identity.
