The destructive bilingualism to which the Romanian language was subjected in the Moldovan space, the process of „returning to origins,” the presence of numerous linguistic calques following the Russian model, and the continuous influx of numerous neologisms into the Romanian language that sometimes defy translation into the Romanian national-linguistic idiom - these are realities that necessitate a perpetual cultivation, at the level of correctness, of the Romanian language.
