Rezumat

The conductivity of a δ‐doped parabolic quantum well in cross electric field at low temperatures is studied. An alteration of the cross electric field causes an alteration of the magnitude of the electron–impurity interaction. It allows to alter the mobility of such a system by a cross electric field, which may be used for the creation of new electronic devices. The possibility of the appearance of a direct current in an alternating electric field forming a small angle with the direction of quantization is discussed.
