Rezumat

In this paper Shubnikov-de Haas effect and radiative recombination spectra in the temperature range 2.1-66 K are investigated, experimentally observed peculiarities of radiative recombination spectra are explained, and the main parameters of the energy spectrum of CdxHg1-xSe solid solutions are determined.
