Rezumat | ||||||
The author presents an overview of activities related to nanotechnologies in the Republic of Moldova, the main attention being paid to projects from the State Program “Nanotechnologies and Nanomaterials”. A number of achievements are highlighted, in particular the growth of TiO2 nanotubular structures, fabrication of microcables consisting of hundreds of thousands of metal nanowires in glass envelopes, chemical synthesis of self-assembled semiconductor nanodots, elaboration of microlasers etc. It is underlined that for a successful realization of the State Program involved it is important to implement a high tech culture, to create a technological platform at the national level and to initiate the realization of technology transfer projects through the MicroNanoTech technological park. |
