It was found that the content of saturated fatty acids was 26.16 and 25.45% higher in the ridge fat in young animals with a delivery weight of 120-140 kg com-pared to peers weighing 80-100 and 100-120 kg. Piggies with a mass of 100-120 kg out-performed their counterparts with a mass of 80-100 kg by 0.71%, respectively. The content of monounsaturated fatty acids in feedlots with a weight of 80-100 kg was 1.69 and 26.43% higher compared to analogues of large delivery weights. The young with a weight of 120-140 kg had a 0.27% superiority in this indicator over their peers of 80-100 kg. It was re-vealed that the content of saturated fatty acids in the side fat of young animals with a deli-very weight of 120-140 kg was higher by 2.93 and 2% compared with peers weighing 80-100 and 100-120 kg. According to the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, the superiority of young animals with a transfer weight of 80-100 kg over analogues with weights of 100-120 and 120-140 kg is noted by 4.58 and 4.85% respectively. |
