Rezumat | ||||||
This paper dealt with the principle of disciplinary liability of employees, which by its legal nature is conditioned by a multitude of legal factors. Thus, the basis is the individual employment contract, concluded between the employer and the employee, which is the first and, in fact, the only legal source, in the presence of which the employee may give rise by his actions or inactions the obligation to respond disciplinary to the employer. following the endangerment of the disciplinary order established in the unit. The individual employment contract should be adapted to the internal regulations of the unit, namely: internal regulations, collective labor agreements, regulations on disciplinary conduct. The topic given in this paper is approached through the prism of several opinions presented in various papers in Moldova and abroad. |
