The article addresses the concept of emotional intelligence and its role in organizational management. Emotional intelligence, the wisdom with which we experience our emotions, the power to act under pressure, self-confidence, the courage to make decisions are factors that determine the success of leadership. It also addresses the issue of transactional management compared to transformational management which prioritizes inspirational motivation and the use of emotion as a component of emotional intelligence. |
