The current winemaking of Moldova is requires adaptation to the European market, namely supplies not only classical wines, but also the elite wines known to European consumers. Wine "Pineau des Charentes» is one of the elite French wines. Given the similarity of the raw material base of the south of Moldova and potentially "Pineau des Charentes" we performed experiments on the production of wines of this type in the conditions of TAU "Gagauzia". |
