In its submission the author illuminates the administrative responsibility for violation of housing legislation and the assumption of outstanding receivables, draws attention to the rule of law that need, in his opinion, to be improved, and make suggestions for improving these standards. It is also important that the author conducted a study based on theoretical and practical component, which is an important aspect in the improvement of the current legislation governing the administrative responsibility for violation of housing legislation and the assumption of outstanding receivables. |
