This article is supposed to show that, joining the Bologna Declara-tion signed on the19th of June 1999, the Moldovan higher education system has the ambi-tion to enter the European higher education area. The progressive innova-tions must be adjusted to the specific peculiarities and realities of the national higher education system. The students are the main objects of the changes, they get more liberty, possibility for making evolution and for affirmation. Any initiative or creative work is encouraged. Great attention is payed to the stimulation of scientific research and investigation within the universities. The students have the possibility to form self–government institutions, they become competent partners in the organization of the educational process. |
