Last time in the special literature of the industrial property field it is frequently men
tioned about distinctivity – one of the basic conditions of protection of the trademark.
The author of the present article , the head examiner of the International Trademarks
Section of AGEPI don’t offer a monosemantic answer to questions appearing during the
examination, setting forth only some personal opinions and reasons according to the regulations
of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova in the field of trademarks protection. |
