Rezumat | ||||||
In order to form positive behavior in young school children, it is necessary to follow a training program for adults involved in the education of children: parents and teachers, for corresponding, specific and repetitive instructive actions regarding children. The teacher training program aimed at promoting positive behavior has the objective to create contexts in which primary school teachers learn how to educate their students. The parent training program is intended to develop family communication, conflict management, education of character, parenting styles and authority, the effect of the screen on brain development, family nutrition, education for privacy and family life. Both training programs involve a friendly, non-formal, experiential learning activity, the active learning method is the one that leads to the formation of positive behaviors. |
