The article presents management issues of methodology in the educational establishment in the context of scientific generalization and systematization of this concept by studying literature and research management functions of the head of the educational establishment; the theoretical-scientific analysis of the management of the methodical activity in the school institution; determining the organizational forms of the methodical activity in the school institution. The theoretical significance consists in the theoretical argumentation of the factors and conditions for achieving the modern methodical management from a social, managerial, methodological and technological perspective; developing MTTI, as a pedagogic model centered on awareness, as a prerequisite for successful implementation. Applied value of the paper: research results can contribute to the development of theory and practice of modern methodical management in educational institutions; the theoretical references can be applied in the elaboration of a general concept of modern methodical management in the efficiency of the activity of the educational institution at the system level; in the development of projects and programs for the development of educational institutions, in the initial and continuous training of teachers.
