In the following article were approached some aspects dealing with the procedure of the research of the accidents at work. Here, were mentioned the concrete and exhaustive regulations regarding the manner to research the accidents at work, as well as the modality to communicate and research different types of the accidents at work, and the modality to register and record. In addition, it has been mentioned the particular importance regarding the research of the accidents at work and their proper documentation. This permits to establish the social insurance rights for the injured workers and represents the ground for the legal liability for those responsible to produce these accidents. |
