Given article aims at highlighting the role of the psycho-social aspects of the processing of civil servants, because currently more and more people tend to have a successful professional career in the field. Essentially the article is a guideline for determining important aspects regarding the processing of official public occupies a key position in applied psychology, because it offers a bridge between traditional psychology, focused on the individual, on the one hand, and community psychology with an emphasis on people inside communities, on the other hand. However, in the Republic of Moldova, to be a public servant and a perfect leader, are needed to adequately appreciate the capabilities of the surrounding people-members of the collective work, subordinates, members of the community.
