The article deals with theoretical and methodological foundations of long-term preferential educational loans in Ukraine. The main problems of the control of repayment of long-term preferential education loans and their consequences are specified. The model of the distribution of borrowers between the staff of the Ministry of Education and Science to monitor the repayment of long-term preferential education loans based on integer programming methods is offered. It is developed the motivation model of the Ministry of Education and Science employees of supervising the repayment of long-term preferential educational credits, based on Kohonen self-organizing maps, and enabling them to achieve high levels of activity in the considered direction. |
