В статье проводится теоретическое исследование организационно-правового обеспечения эффективности управленческих решений на предприятии. Осуществляется анализ компонентов категории управленческое решение. Определяются составляющие компоненты управленческого решения с позиции науки административного права. Проводится анализ категории риск предприятия и влияния управленческого решения на результаты деятельности предприятия. Исследуются возможные варианты долгосрочного влияния принятого управленческого решения на прогнозы деятельности предприятия. Показывается место и роль управленческого персонала с позиции эффективности решений и общих результатов деятельности предприятия. Приводится практический пример закрепления административных полномочий принятия управленческих решений на предприятии.

The article provides a theoretical study of organizational and legal support for the effectiveness of management decisions at an enterprise. The analysis of the components of the category management decision is carried out. The constituent components of management decisions are determined from the position of the science of administrative law. The analysis of the risk category of the enterprise and the impact of management decisions on the results of the enterprise is carried out. Possible variants of the long-term influence of the adopted management decision on the forecasts of the enterprise’s activity are investigated. The place and role of management personnel is shown from the standpoint of the effectiveness of decisions and the overall results of the enterprise. A practical example of consolidating the administrative authority for making managerial decisions at an enterprise is given.

Articolul oferă un studiu teoretic al sprijinului organizațional și juridic pentru eficacitatea deciziilor de management la o întreprindere. Se efectuează analiza componentelor deciziei de gestionare a categoriilor. Componentele constitutive ale deciziilor de management sunt determinate din poziția științei dreptului administrativ. Se efectuează analiza categoriei riscului întreprinderii și a impactului deciziilor de management asupra rezultatelor întreprinderii. Sunt cercetate variantele posibile ale influenței pe termen lung a deciziei de management adoptate asupra previziunilor activității întreprinderii. Locul și rolul personalului de conducere este arătat din punctul de vedere al eficacității deciziilor și al rezultatelor generale ale întreprinderii. Este dat un exemplu practic de consolidare a autorității administrative pentru luarea deciziilor manageriale la o întreprindere
